Michael Patrick Gallagher TCRG, ADCRG
has both TCRG and an ADCRG certification in Irish dancing from An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha, the international Irish Dancing Commission based in Dublin, Ireland. A native of County Donegal, Michael Patrick is a two-time Irish Dance World Champion and was the male lead of Riverdance for eight years. Now based in Phoenix, he continues to be in great demand on the performance circuit, travelling the globe with his rapid fire feet. Michael Patrick also excels in Irish dance choreography, where he is known for his exciting innovations and rhythmic style. He translates all “the latest” Irish dance moves to the tapping feet of the Tir Conaill dancers. It is delightful to have such an accomplished dancer teaching at all the school locations. Christopher McGrory TCRG, TTCT
a native Irishman who has relocated to Arizona, is an outstanding feis musician and All-Ireland champion accordionist as well as world level Irish dancer and instructor. Christopher also has a TCRG certification from An Coimisiun and previously co-directed a very successful dance school in Dublin, Ireland. An acommplished composer and musician, he is the only Irish dance musician to have gone platinum in CD sales worldwide. Christopher and his music are very popular at dance competitions and his students benefit greatly from having live music available in class and at performances. Rosemary Browne TCRG, MD
is a Connecticut native who has been teaching Irish dancing in Tucson for the past twelve years. Besides TCRG certification from An Coimisiun, Rosemary is also a board certified physician. Although very busy, Rosemary loves Irish dancing and teaches as often as she can. In addition to her teaching skills, Rosemary brings to the school her expertise both as a physician and as the mother of a champion Irish dancer, teaching stretching and technique, good sportsmanship, and remembering to have fun! She particularly enjoys performance choreography and ceili instruction, and is also the school “fashion expert,” with regard to costumes, wigs, and dance accessories. Read more..
